Eating the Landscaping

The town of Todmorden, England has re-purposed all of their unused public spaces that would normally be filled with inedible landscaping to grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and it is all made available to anyone. Pam Warhurst explains how they did that in this TED Talk.
